PLAY A PART IN THE ARTS ! From June 1-August 31, Salt Lake County Center for the Arts is hiring volunteer ushers for the upcoming fall/winter season. You would usher events at Abravanel Hall, Capitol Theatre and Rose Wagner Center for the city's premiere arts organizations like Utah Symphony and Opera, Ballet West, Broadway in Utah, RDT, etc. Apply at www.finearts.slco.org/ (click "Patron Services") or phone 801-323-6816 and an application will be mailed to you.

A Provo elderly care center needs free, healthy roses, shrubs, daylilies and other healthy garden plants to create a cheerful flower border for the residents to enjoy. We would also welcome good topsoil, garden tools, and a rotating composter. Her and her husband just split up and she is currently staying in a 1 bdrm apt because thats all she is able to afford. She really needs help from anyone.
